A volunteer trail building event taking place at the Galisteo Basin Preserve, co-sponsored by Commonweal Conservancy and REI in celebration of National Public Lands Day. It will be a morning event, but times are TBD. We will meet at the Cottonwood Trailhead. Participants will need to bring work gloves, hat, water bottle, snack/sack lunch and wear work boots, long pants and long-sleeve shirts.

Maintenance work to address erosion issues on La Tierra Trails. We will be working in areas around Junctions 1, 2, 7, 8. …Including a guided visit to the site of the Future Flow Trail!
